Microsoft’s IE June Advisory Fixes 8 Vulnerabilities
June 13th, 2006 by noam, Filed under: Commentary, Microsoft
In a single patch, MS06-021, Microsoft has address 8 security vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer, 4 Critical, 2 Important and 2 Moderate. The 4 critical allow code execution to occur without the need for user interaction beside the user visiting a specially constructed web site.
Should we start the countdown to a WMF style worm? or are these vulnerabilities to difficult to exploit? lets wait and see… (If it comes true I said it first
).
